I am blessed to be able to live in this amazing place and to do what I love for a living, and there’s nothing I like better than sharing my world with those who share my passion for fly fishing and for the rugged beauty of Montana.

The Thaw
It didn’t last long but after bottoming out repeatedly at -27 degrees Fahrenheit with wind chills as low as -50 it feels good to emerge from last weeks’ arctic blast. We went several days without breaking zero and probably averaged somewhere around -5 for much of the week.
