Part of what makes spring such a great season is the Stanley Cup Playoffs, at least in my humble opinion. And there is nothing more exciting for hockey fans than a Game 7. It doesn’t matter which teams are involved, hockey fans love to watch Game 7’s….unless of course the game seven happens to feature your team. Such will be the case this evening as the Detroit Red Wings attempt to escape the first round against Tampa Bay.
What’s this got to do with Missouri River fly fishing? Absolutely nothing, but it’s where my mind is at today. Back to bugs and trout tomorrow – hopefully with a celebratory tone. In the meantime enjoy the above clip from one of the greatest game 7’s in modern playoff history.
Go Wings!
